An Overhaul MMORPG with new gameplay options built specifically for server use, without being made just for the specific server. And easy to use package of mods fine-tuned to be open-ended.

Description

Lands of Xadia makes use of a defined set of mods to create a unique MMORPG experience overhaul in Minecraft. To this end, we have spent countless hours over in Xadia's Team to make this dreamlike project come true. As development progresses we'll be able to share more information with the community.
Think of this modpack as a unique adventure framework. Where we compile the list of mods with the appropriate features and content, add a bunch of scripts and in the end you can mold a map with NPCs and scenes into your own game/server/ or role-play.

Below are some features we are working on, and not all of these will be available in single-player. As they would require a rather large custom map. (Which is in the works.)

Initial Quest :: Join Adventurers Guild -> Register with Church -> Be Able to Talk with Priests in Towns to update Spawn Point to Location

Failure to Finish Initial Quest :: Unable to set new spawn points. End back up at initial spawn.

City Factions Alignment :: Cities will have their own Factions, in which player choices can influence their standings with each City. Negative alignment will cause Guards to attack on sight.

Banks/Storage :: Each City will have its own Bank/Storage Place. Upgrades to Banks will be based on locations' size. Ex: Amount of storage in a village my be only 18 slots. Whilst Max storage in a Citadel is 8 Double Chests worth.

Housing in Cities :: Rent-able properties in Fort Towns, Castle Towns, and Citadels. Buy-able properties in Villages, Hamlets, Farms, and Citadels.

Instances are considered Ancient Magic, and can be opened with Magic Maps found from monsters. When taken to [placeholder] they can open a rift to which the player can enter a world in which they can collect resources, kill monsters, and complete a situational quest before the rift collapses thus kicking the players out.

Shard Shop :: Shards can be gained from Daily Rewards | Death Return Notes (Can be purchased with Shards, will return you to your exact death point on use.) | Cosmetic Outfits/Items (Outfits are an entire set of items packed for a specific look; Items are a single piece that can be added over top an outfit or by itself to allow you to customize your look.) | Currencies [Crafting Modifiers] (Items used to craft/upgrade/better your gear can be achieved as drops, or quickly gained with Shards.)

Daily Rewards :: Each day based on the Calendar Date, will allow a user to claim a reward for logging in that day. For logging in each day up to a week a large reward is available and up to the end of the month an even better reward is available.
