Lakutek is a spinoff pack forked from the Leaking Kitchen Sink. Lakutek isn't focused on jamming the game full of mods like many popular kitchen sinks. Instead the goal of this pack is to offer a carefully curated list of mods that support each other. Overlapping content and "progression skips" have been minimized to encourage diving deep into each mod in the pack. For example, setting up a powerful mobfarm requires you to delve deep into both Apotheosis and Industrial Foregoing to create custom spawners and automate the farm. You can't just mob swap a chicken, place down a couple of spikes, and call it a day.
High Performance
With well under 300 mods, Lakutek can be run even on older lower memory devices. When compared to ATM10, loading up the pack and creating a new world goes by noticeably quicker. Ram usage in a new world can be reduced by as much as 50%, and fps can be increased by a similar amount. Tests have been conducted on a system with Nvidia 3080, Amd 5800x and 16gb 3600 ram.
