Labrats Server Pack

Split pack into two forks. One with Journeymap and one with Xaero's Minimap. This is due to the performance issues that Journeymap can cause with performance. This fork will remain as long as it is useful. If the server players decide to move away from Journeymap entirely the j fork will be dropped. But you can always swap the mod yourself :)
