* Modified the Transmutation Table recipe to require Quadruple Compressed Cobblestone (instead of Quintuple Compressed Cobblestone), but it now requires the Reinforced Obsidian from EnderIO instead of Tiny Progressions
* Changed TipLine config to update the amount of Cobblestone required for the Transmutation Table
* Disabled Quark's emote system because Mo' Bends renders it useless
* Disabled Quark's right click to harvest because Mike's Dongles already handles that
