Addressed server stability issues and client lag.  Gave up some POIs to improve worldgen and play speed.

Removed Integrated Dunegons and Structures, as craisinlord was implicated in most server crashes.   Lost many hours trying to keep it, but now that it's gone things are running smoothly. 

Removed Yung's mods to lighten worldgen.

Removed Legacy Dragon Mount, as mod was triggering exceptions during server init.

Removed Mimic, to lighten mod load, and mimics weren't spawning anyway.

Removed More Babies.  Apparently was preventing pawn of Ore Creepers.

Added Biomes a Plenty with only Redwood and Cherry Blossom Forrests enabled to allow vanilla biomes to dominate map and allow premium POIs to spawn more frequently.

Added Small Ships to 

Added Set Word Spawn Point in disabled mode as an option to server mods.

Added Pick Up Notifier, client UE improvement

Added Reblur, client UE improvement

Added Stylish Effects, client UE improvement

Included key config : R as epic fight mode switch and V for recruit commands
