Lots of bugfixes, added two resource packs, one for Optifine users to reduce memory usage and work around https://github.com/MysticMods/Druidcraft/issues/19
Another to make Simple Storage a bit more pleasing to the eye and fit into the pack, it's based on some textures by seraphaestus (MIT licensed) and updated by me for 1.14.
The standard resource cost for Practical Tools was also lowered.
