Removed Cammie's Combat Tweaks because it was preventing players from joining servers.
Removed Architectury API (Unused) because the mods that had it as a dependency no longer have it as a dependency.
Removed Auto Config Updated API because the mods that had it as a dependency no longer have it as a dependency.

TWEAKS & FIXES
Removed the time resource drain on Tempus Child jumping as it was causing an error.
Increased the AE2 charger charge rate because speed is good (not the drug, drug bad).
Adjusted the recipes and hunger values of the foods added by updating Croptopia to be in line with everything else.
