Added hidden items to be used as origin icons for kobold and fox spirit because heads with nbt weren't working consistently.
Added the Webber origin. Friend of spiders, you can climb walls, resist poison, but go into a frenzy in the rain and are weak to fire.

Fixes and Changes

Tweaked Fox Spirit alpha from 0.78 to 0.9.
Increased Fox Spirit movement buff from 20% to 40%.
Removed Fox Spirit hunger reduction.
Added Pixie Friend power to Fox Spirit which adds a 25% change to spawn a homing pixie when damaged.
Tweaked Kobold scale from 0.7 to 0.65 to allow them to fit through one block gaps whilst sneaking.
