Modded Kingdom 'Mons

Removed Fancy menu: Didn't have a reason to have it, didn't use it. 

Removed Pick Up notifier: The idea was neat, but the pixelmon UI covers the whole thing and it wasn't noticeable at all. 

Removed Starter Kit: Didn't use it, opted to use the quest book instead (Roundabout way of doing the same thing, admittedly, but here we are)

Removed CrafTweaker: Same as starter kit, used the quest book to accomplish the same thing. 

Removed Crafting Tweaks: Unused

Removed JustEnoughResources: Didn't work the way we wanted and I didn't want to have to add everything manually for each pokemon. There's a lot. 

Added Macaws paths and pavings: Apparently we missed one of the Macaw's line, and the rest of it is awesome, so this is getting added too.

Added Simple shops: They look cute, this is a server based pack, what can I say.

Added FTB Chunks: Allows for claiming chunks 

Updated all other mods that needed to be updated.
