Just Create SMP (but Sophisticated)

Changed a number of the default settings and keybinds:

• Minimap is off by default but can be turned on with F6
• Minimap is less intrusive by default: 50% opacity and circular without border or coords
• No border around Jade
• Music volume turned down to 20%, Master volume down to 50%
• Increased default render distance from 12 to 16, reduced default simulation distance from 12 to 10
• A bunch of other things

Mod changes:

• The borderless windowed mod has been replaced with "Cubes without Borders"
• Added "What Are They Up To"
• Updated the following mods:

  • Jade
  • Just Enough Items
  • Kotlin for Forge
  • Packet Fixer
  • Platform
  • Simple Voic Chat
  • Sophisticated Storage
