I discovered the issue with MineColonies storage racks rendering incorrectly when their inventory was changed. It was an issue with MineColonies, Tinker's Construct, and Diagonal Fences all together. There could be a deeper issue outside that, but it worked without Diagonal Fences and Windows in the pack. 

  • Removed Diagonal Fences and Windows
  • Added mods I'd previously removed for testing purposes
  • Added several Macaw's mod (Fences were previously removed but are back, Lights and Lamps, Paths and Pavings, Biomes O' Plenty compatibilty mods)
