JL Vanilla With Extras

This is just small changes i swapped harvest mods and did somethings with Better Foilage with config changes, There is no Forge update do to there are too many forges going out right now and not all mods are compatible. Chisel has been added but crashes due to im pretty sure a issue with Building Bricks this will be looked into further before Chisel hopefully becomes active in the pack.
