Small hotfix for combat 


Lowered the attack speed cap. You could very easily get to insane attack speeds, completely grinding mobs to mush.

Offhand attacking is disabled while sneaking. This is due to some items being unusable while dual wielding, so when in doubt, sneak it out!

Removed duplicate equip sound.
