Minor Combat changes + New Combat animations.

Corrected a minor mistake in a quest description.

Disabled Titan Potion due to it not functioning correctly with weapons.

Further tweaks to Neat for a better player experience.

Nerfed Ashed Kings armor - The Ashed King was a bit over tuned, even tho he is meant to be one of the final, or even THE final boss of the pack, even with cracked weapons/enchantments buffs etc, he was too tanky. Effectively halved his armor.

Buffed most special weapons.

Buffed spells all around.

Nerfed copper armor/tools - copper has been toned down, it was overshadowing iron by a long shot. Now its a cheap stepping stone to iron, just like the base game yaaay
