Re-structured the overworld quest tree.

Moved some quests around.
Balanced some rewards.
Added a few new quests.

Added Tutorial quests.

Added scripts folder so custom recepies now work (forgot to do that last time, oops!)

MODS REMOVED:
Scaling hp - caused crases on AMD based systems, 99% functionality moved to other mods.
Cyclops mod - removed due to it not having a config file, bad rewards too, so like, whatever lol.

Keybinds cleaned up (no more press H to drop)

Herobrine removed.
