Added recipes for Environmental Tech crystals due to scarcity.

Increased abundance of Iron, Redstone, and Lapis.

Updated core mods including:

Thermal Foundation, Thermal Expansion, Chisel, Hammer Core, Industrial Foregoing,

Extreme Reactors, Thermal Dynamics, and Pam's Harvestcraft. Maybe some others too - just so many - lol.

Note - there is still the possibility that player inventory can be replaced when re-entering an older world first time after updating. 

To be safe, store all your inventory in chests before updating.
