Jax_Macky's Construction Pack

Notice: Please make sure your player inventory is empty before you update if you are going to open an older save or world after the update. Starter Inventory will overwrite the entire player inventory and replace it with the default inventory supplied in this pack on first entry into a world (after update counts as a first entry). This is at a mod level and cannot be fixed at the pack level. 

Changes:

Random Quark Wraith and Blaze spawning in the nether reduced to "rare"

Changed Tinker's Slime Island spawns from 1 in 750 to 1 in 1000.
