HINT: If you enjoy playing with tectonic but are unsure wether or not it is compatible with Geophilic in his modpack you can add it as a datapack to your game/server. I didn't encounter any problems with this method so far. Tectonic is not included in its mod version for now because it alters the world gen too much for a vanilla-like modpack for my taste, but feel free to add it if you want to.
