These last two updates have ended up circling around some light exploration and some quality-of-life improvements. Considering Rats and CC do the same thing, I decided to remove the latter as it requires way more work with the same outcome, meaning people would automatically go to the former option. I've been trying to make Loot Bags work for a while, but after the blacklist became way longer than the kinds of items it would drop, it became far too unruly to continue using.
