Distant Horizons Disclaimers:

As of version 1.2, this pack features the Distant Horizons mod, which can sometimes cause a few issues.  We have not checked whether distant horizons functions properly while in VR mode.  In singleplayer, you can turn off the mod in curseforge before launching to save on performance if necessary. For multiplayer, to save on server performance, the jar file can be deleted or turned off in config settings. For multiplayer clients, the mod can be disabled in-game by going to pause menu -> mods -> distant horizons -> config -> enable rendering and turning it to false. Currently, no shaders included in the pack function properly with distant horizons, so we recommend having distant horizons turned off when using shaders and vice versa. You may be able to find compatible shader packs at this link, but install and run at your own discretion: https://gist.github.com/Steveplays28/52db568f297ded527da56dbe6deeec0e?permalink_comment_id=4945506

VR support disclaimers:

This pack supports VR via the Vivecraft mod.  VR in minecraft can cause some major issues, and since VR is not the central focus of this pack, there may be more unexpected issues than normal if you play in VR.  We have only verified that Vivecraft and the pack as a whole functions with Meta Quest 2 and 3 as well as the Valve Index.  Other headsets may experience more unexpected issues.  Using standalone headsets like the Quest 2 or 3, you have to run minecraft through a computer and either have a physical cord to connect to the headset or use a connection method like Quest link or Steam link.  From our experience so far, playing in VR mode tends to have significantly worse performance than without VR mode, especially with shaders enabled.  We have not tested version 1.2 with both VR and Distant Horizons enabled, so there may be extra performance or rendering issues.

Other info:

When playing this pack, we reccommend enabling all of the pre-installed Resource Packs for the best experience.  This modpack is intended for playing on a server with friends in a casual manner, so it may not be perfectly balanced for PvP or long-term progression.  Some client mods like Journeymap can be swapped out for alternatives like Xaero's.
