Hello, with this modpack your able to craft a book of clarity or sedetive with the Paranoid mod so you dont die from your heart beating to fast, for the people who havn't played the Paraniod mod, you'll need to look at the mod's overview section for the recipes because the mod doesnt work with JEI or the crafting book for some reason. Anyways, you just need to survive.
