Multiplayer bug is finally fixed
Re-added Subtle Effects and re-spawning villagers
Added localized Chat
Fixed some title screens
I am aware of bugs regarding crafting ammo boxes, and magazines
Next patch should fix those.
Also, may begin working on mini-boss music for fighting mutants
I am open to any suggestions moving forward.
