• Overwrote options file to load the correct resourcepacks

I know this can be annoying as it resets any custom settings and keybinds, but until i have found a better way of dealing with resource pack updates, i'll have to do this unfortunately.

• Fixed fires on smoldering peat going out after a while
• Fixed different tea cups giving bonuses to research buffs
• Fixed info for blood magic tablet quest not showing up until quest completed
• Increases chances of slag heaps when using octine pick, and fixed aluminum ore not dropping slag heaps
• Fixed broken Flower Growth ritual
• Fixed recipes for Blood Letters and Coats of Arms chest piece
• Fixed arcane activator rail recipe
• Fixed bluedust relay recipe
