The Probably-Not-Balanced Sanity Update!

• Added Sanity to the game
  • Sanity is represented by the icon above your XP bar (temporary graphics, will get proper ones later)
  • Sanity can increase and decrease by certain actions and conditions, such as eating specific food, being underground for too long, blood sky, etc
  • Having low or high sanity will cause different effects

Other Changes:

• Removed dawnstone anvil repair recipes
• Fixed some entities sinking into mud
• TC crystals can now be broken and picked up at any point
• Fixed placing extinguished torches onto a wall while holding octine making the torch pop off
• Adjusted height required for thaumcraft research
• Fixed runic shears not working on servers
• Adjusted instructions in the "Strange Visions" book
• Changed and added some quests
• Increased intestine drop for mobs (still have to blacklist some of them)
• Added rare parasite spawn when killing swamp hags
• Fixed redstone still being called that, and not bluedust
• Added several structures made by community members (thanks Firestar!)
• Added AI Improvements Mod
• Removed Effortless Building, too many issues on servers
• Updated Death's Compass, now showing y-level of your corpse
• Fixed everyone on a server getting buffs when a new player joins (untested)
• Upped sawmill stick output
• Added stick recipe to chopping block
• Fixed several typos
• Made wood chips and wood chip blocks compostable
• Changed runic dust recipe to require bl mortar, not roots mortar
• Increased size of modded ore veins
• Adjusted recipes for Wildwood armor and Terrastone tools, pushing them further down the progression line
• Fixed Betweenstone Tea Set being called Cragrock
• Fixed dyed shingle recipes 
• Changed Radiant Resonator to use Dawnstone instead of Octine
• Fixed Antique Atlas recipe not working with used Amate Maps
• Changed Crucible recipe to use a kettle instead of block of syrmorite
• Torches now drop extinguished torches when broken
