Small update for some recipes
Changed the recipe of the frozen crystal fixing the nbt issue
Changed frozen crystal recipe to use 3x compressed blue ice instead of 4x
Added a new recipe for the infusion pylon
A few changes for UFO Future components so they won't be so expensive now:
Phase shift component now uses 64x 256k ME storage component instead of the previous 256x 256k
Every other tier above Phase Shift now uses 6 of the previous tier instead of 24
Updated MFM config
Changed the Quest book quests from Linear to Flexible so now tasks in dependant quests can be progressed at any time, but dependant quests can't be completed until dependency is completed
