Added recipes in the Mekanism Osmium Compressor to craft all 21 types of metal and gem plates from the AllTheOres

Changed the Allthemodium Teleport Pad recipe by adding 4 Unobtainium Nuggets to the recipe

Allthemodium Ore Buff: Increased the density of Allthemodium Ore in the Mining Dimension by 6x (vein attempts per chunk raised from 1 to 6).
Modded Ores added to Mining Dimension: Added generation modifiers to spawn 29 modded ores inside the mining dimension (includes ores from Powah, Mystical Agriculture/Agradditions, Modern Industrialization, Silent Gear, Draconic Evolution, XyCraft, and AllTheOres)

Modern Industrialization Recipe Fix: Changed loadRuntimeGeneratedResources to true in Modern Industrialization's startup configuration. This fixes the issue where recipes for the Vacuum Freezer and other multiblock machines were completely missing from recipe viewers.

Changed the unobtainium-vibranium, vibranium-allthemodium and unobtainium-allthemodium recipes to use 1 extra piglich heart instead of MI ingots and to use 5M RF instead of 5B
