Removed TR Plate recipe from ic2 compressor (in config)

Removed Steel ingot from being made in alloy smelter in Enderio

Added TR Gem to ic2 Cutter,

Added Railcraft Sulfur ore to all bioms at y6 to y12 around lava around.

 

Removed TR Rubber

Added hats to give this pack a bit of charm and fun.

 

just a fyi reset your mining dimension again for the sulfure to appear or you can find sulfure in extreme hill biom by lava in default of Railcraft still their but i wanted to add this option too.
