FTB chunks and journey map integration
Waystones will appear on the map, clicking the waypoint inside the full screen version of journey map will create a way point with the same name as waystone itself
FTB Chunk minimap and waypoints disable, FTB claimed chunks will show on journey map now
After death you now respawn immediately
