Changes Fixes and Additions

Added cool-down to wands fixed the ability to dupe some wand recipes
Capacity rune now give 3 blocks per craft
Iron ingots recipe reduced amount of LP
Hopefully fixed death tag being added to add players on one players death
Fixed piglins getting transformed into zombified piglins in the nether islands
Ores that usually drop experience like quartz, coal and biotite no longer spawn experience
Changed respawn anchor dependency
Added information the the leather quests
Custom Machines now require the correct machine for quests not just a machine from the mod
Otherstone tablet now has correct name
Fixed otherworld wood turning into otherworld wood in spirit fire
