Mods removed: Open parties and Claims, Xaero's world map, worldedit, FTB chunks

Other changes: Dynamic Lightning for torches and lanterns including the ability to add on to a tool belt Journey Map with accompany mod of MapFrontiers to be able to map out nation borders Other "supposed" bug fixes (cant kill them all) Instead of Open parties and claims, ftbteams will be used instead to facilitate teams and allies
