Uses Immersive Engineering plus add-ons for tech along with Industrialcraft 2; for magic, the pack uses Thaumcraft and add-ons along with Astral sorcery, Embers and Botania.
I recommend using Optifine for dynamic lights which balances out the dark caves nicely.
