Incredibly Refined Counts

Completely reworked kitchen-sink modpack with the temperament of a skyblock
What's new
This bugfix was possible due to the reported errors by DJ_DrWright. Thank you sir for your continued effort to make this pack better!
Quests: The Huntsmen - Quests were broken and not repeatable.
Main Menu: There is still a graphical glitch, I hope its now fixed.
The quests are changed and there is also a little easteregg. All villager interactions are now triggered, that is due to FTB Quests, I can't really do something about it.
