Incredibly Refined Counts

The IRC Coin Hotfix:

IRC Coins weren't no longer obtainable. That situation is not tolerable.

-Simple Conveyor Belts and Logistical Automation (Sorry, we already got belts, my derp) 
-NBTToolTip (unneeded, pure developer thingy) 
-DarkRooms - (no use) 
+Loottweaker (substitute for EditMobDrops) 
-EditMobDrops (suddenly stopped working)
-ModDirector (doesn't exist anymore)
+FileDirector(exists now; thanks guys for providing me work. Wouldn't have had enough topics on my end on my own)

Config:

Loottweaker - completely new loottable config for IRC Coins
COFH - some ore tweaks, geodes bugfix, they are filled with ores now 
FTBQuests - new quests for getting FTB Money
