Incredibly Refined Counts

"Emergency" Hotfix/Update for ProjectE and FTQ Quests.

-Missing quest reward items fixed.
-New ProjectE Category in FTB Shop.
-A bunch of ProjectE recipe changes.
-some broken ProjectE recipes fixed. 
-New 'Turn in Condenser get Tablet' once quest.(necessary to make the 'Turn in EMC quests' possible)
-EMC Value Mapping set to 'pregenerated' for reasons.

Server Version: 
Please remember to copy the config folders:
\minecraft\config\projectE
\minecraft\config\ftbquests
\minecraft\scripts\

to their respective subfolders on the server.
