Incredibly Refined Counts

the changes of the last 2 months after Incredibly Ridiculous Counts PRC7 are way too many to count, please read the modpack description closely.

One thing I can tell you is:

---> there should be general Incredibly Ridiculous Counts PRC7b savegame compatibility, but please expect potentially gamebreaking bugs. <-----

Some mods or parts of mods are disabled by default in this pack, just for personal flavor:
1. Tinkers Construct - only the smeltery is active, because I wanted to give silent gems and Tetra a bit more space to develop
2. Forestry/Extra Trees - disabled, due to compatibility bugs with PRC7b
3. Forestry/arboriculture - disabled, see above
4. Forestry/lepidopterology - disabled, see above
5. Silents Gems / Super Tier items disabled - I havenÄt seen them in action yet - please tell me your thoughts about this.

You could easily revert all changes in the respective configs.
