Bug Fixes

• add kaolinite advancement (f8ed699)
• change alloy kiln advancement to trigger on multiblock creation (ede2a22)
• remove extra charcoal block recipe (8b642b0)
• stage alloy smelter to chapter 1 (a5ccf63)

This is the latest video where we find some bugs. this video relates to the bugs from last update but my bug fixing/recording is all messed up so heres the video for now and I'll start posting the videos before I upload a fix next time.
