 Fixed an issue that allowed creative flight in survival mode from the beginning.

Added/Changed/Removed
+ Added Creative Tanks recipe.
+ Added new Main Menu background pictures.
+ Changed NuclearCraft Upgrades recipe.
+ Changed infinity ingot recipe.
+ Changed to allow more augments to be installed on ThermalExpantion machines.
+ Changed some quests.
+ Fixed Teleportation Core recipe.
+ Changed to spawn Blizz on snow blocks in ANY biome.
-  Deleted Titanium Smelting recipes.

-  Removed wrong scripts from NuclearCraft.zs

 

THIS MODPACK IS STILL IN DEVELOPMENT.

Some quests are still incomplete. Also, I will be changing the recipes for various items in the next update
