+ Fixed an issue which InstaUnify would convert all of Tank and Energy Cube to the Basic Tier.
+ Fixed an issue which making a Basic Tier Tanks or Energy Cubes would cause other Tier quests to be completed.

- Decreased Max Health Cap of scaling health mod.
+ Added Creative Mill recipe.
+ Added Creative RF Source recipe.

+ Added some quests.

 

THIS MODPACK IS STILL IN DEVELOPMENT.

Some quests are still incomplete. Also, I will be changing the recipes for various items in the next updat
