= Changed Some recipes around (it's only the beginning). 

  - Got rid of the recipe for ELFN (tconstruct:throwingball), as it could be used to blast in protected areas.

  = Changed the recipes for the rftools crafters, made them slightly more realistic, and difficult on the tiering up.

  = Changed the recipe for the growth accelerator tier 1 from tiny progressions, made it slightly harder to obtain (swapped iron for steel).
