Hytale Waiting Room

Culls fluff mods to get the mod count below 191, which was causing a very strange entity render bug when playing on a dedicated server. Still don't know the cause; keeping the pack <191 mods is the temporary fix. Fixes some other bugs. Better performance from Magnesium Extras?
