New version structure.

This version will be:
n1.0.0

The n designates the new versioning structure.
First number indicates a world breaking change, requiring new world generation.
Second number designates a change that will require a client update to connect to a server running the latest version.
Third number designates config changes and is an optional update for clients that play on a server.

NOTE: This update is just a config change; n1.0.0 is simply my new baseline.

 

Config changes:

disablePetFriendlyFire = "DISABLED" in vtweaks due to Alex's Mobs incompatibility.
- Friendly Fire towards your own pets should still be functional.
Waystones usable with entities again.
Enabled respawn protection and reduced block range until it's disabled to 3.
Keybind grapple (alt up, shift down) and pregen to F4.
wooden shovel added to starting items script.
