Version 1.0 brings a massive expansion to the world with a completely new dimension, new bosses, creatures, villages, powerful equipment, improved storage, adaptive music, and the foundations for a deeper RPG experience.

🗿 Shard Sentinel

Every layer contains ruined arenas guarded by the powerful Shard Sentinel.

• Uses shockwaves and bone shards to attack.
• Drops the Sentinel Heart.
• Has a chance to drop the Primordial Hammer.
• The Sentinel can eventually return after being defeated.

👑 New Realm Bosses

Three powerful bosses await you:

• 💀 Shadow King — A powerful lich ruling the Umbral Depths.
• 🐲 Dragon Mother — A devastating dragon protecting the Shattered Meadows.
• 🦅 Storm Griffin — A powerful creature capable of throwing adventurers from the floating islands.

🕸️ The Shadow Weaver

A hidden threat awaits beyond the three realm bosses.

Discover the mysterious Shadowed Reach and face the Shadow Weaver.

• Uses shadow clones and powerful attacks.
• Can use abilities from its three realm bosses.
• Creates a protective veil that can only be broken by light.
• Requires a special Void Sigil to summon.

⚒️ New Gear & Progression

The Worldbreaker update introduces a new equipment progression system.

• 🔨 Upgrade Worldbreaker equipment from +1 to +5.
• 🛡️ Added the Worldbreaker Shield.
• 🌑 Added the new Shadowbreaker equipment tier.
• ⚔️ Upgrade fully enhanced Worldbreaker equipment into Shadowbreaker gear.
• ✨ Shadowbreaker equipment has unique models and visual effects.
• 🧵 Shadow Threads set bonus slows and weakens melee attackers.
• 👑 Boss Hunter provides increased damage against bosses while reducing damage received from them.

🎨 Reworked Bosses & Items

The original World Bosses have received a major visual overhaul.

• 🐉 All seven original bosses now have new models.
• 🎬 Full animation sets have been added.
• 🔄 Elyndra and Morvath have been completely redesigned.
• 🖼️ Every item now has a new consistent Minecraft-style icon.
• ⚔️ Weapons, tools and shields have improved visual models.

Managing your resources just became easier.

🎵 True Adaptive Music

The soundtrack of Hylaria now reacts more dynamically to your adventure.

The weather of Hylaria has become more atmospheric.

⚔️ Questler — RPG Engine

Hylaria continues moving toward a deeper RPG experience.

• Added Questler: RPG Engine
• Provides the foundation for quests and structured progression.
• Opens the door for future questlines and RPG content.
• 🗺️ More quests are already in development and will be added as soon as possible, bringing new questlines, objectives, challenges, and adventures to Hylaria.

🗑️ Reward System Removed

The previous Reward System has been completely removed.

The old system did not fit the progression and exploration experience we want for Hylaria. We want rewards to feel meaningful and connected to actual gameplay rather than simply handing out items.

With the addition of Questler, World Bosses, dungeons, exploration and future RPG systems, Hylaria is moving toward a more meaningful progression system.
