Summary

1.13's Ocean biomes and many of its mobs have made it to Hunting Monsters alongside 15 new mobs, including many underwater monsters and 2 new bosses.  Additionally there is an improved combat system and a ton of quality of life changes and the introduction of Universal Tweaks!

Changes
-Completely revamped multiple parts of how certain mobs spawn
-Barako now only spawns in Baobab Fields
-Increased Baobab Fields spawn weight from 5 to 8
-Increased Monster spawn cap from 70 to 80
-You can now copy seeds by clicking the seed number in a world's chat when using the /seed command
-Luck Potions are now 3 times as lucky
-Resistance potions nerfed by 50%
-Mining Fatigue nerfed by 50%
-Strength now only gives +1 attack per level instead of +3 per attack
-Weakness now only reduces attack by -2 instead of -4
-Increased regeneration speed of all potions by 25%
-Decreased Ptera spawn rate

 

Player Attributes Changes

These attribute changes are meant to make the player fully engage in combat with a monster. The player is slightly slower, strength potions are less powerful, and healing is slower. Armors that provide a speed buff have had those buffs increased to compensate, so they will truly be a speed class. Weakness potions against the player are also nerfed, so players won't be helpless when weakened. Food bonus regeneration has an increased span.

-Player speed reduced from 1.0 to 0.9.
-Bonus health heals every 400 ticks instead of 240 ticks. You will naturally heal more frequently.
-Bonus regen will occur 600 ticks after being hurt instead of 400
-A mob being hit by a player has their hurt timer reduced by 90%
-Reduced Elytra flying speed from 300 to 240
-When crashing into a wall with a Elytra, the damage dealt to the player is reduced from 10 to 5.
-Receiving the Strength effect will only increase attack damage by 2 damage instead of 4 damage now
-Receiving the Weakness effect will decrease your attack by 2 damage instead of 4 damage
-Food regen will be active 7 out of 10 hunger bars instead of 9 out of 10 hunger bars, giving a greater time of regen.

 

Viper School Armor Changes
-Removed Resistance buff at 10 XP
-Removed Strength buff at 20 XP
-Strength and Resistance buffs at 30 XP reduced from II to I
-Increased maximal damage absorption of Viper armor from 70 to 75
-Increased Viper Chestplate armor from 6 to 7

 

Cat School Armor Changes
-Speed boost time after letting go of the sneak button increased from 40 ticks to 60 ticks

 

Griffin School Armor Changes
-Enchantability increased from 12 to 15
-While riding a horse, strength value increased from I to III
-No longer have Resistance I when riding a horse

 

Fixes
-Hellebore seeds no longer trigger Trolls
-Fixed Grass loot table, which had a huge inbalance in what seeds they drop, making it harder to get normal wheat seeds
-Fixed quest dialogue grammar mistakes for all Witcher Armor sets
-Fixed the 4 new swords not being able to normally damage Betweenlands mobs
-Fixed some keybind issues

-Fixed opening title mentioning the wrong keybind letter

 

Omissions
-Removed Homunculus invasions
-Removed Stalker Creepers
-Removed BetterFPS
-Removed Phosphor
-Removed Wolf Armor mod
-Removed all random bounty structures, and only kept the natural ones as the bounty structures don't do well with config updates

 

-Removed the following mobs to make room for future ones. These mobs are merely just reskins of vanilla mobs that don't do anything interesting or were removed for other reasons.
