BETA VERSION without access to the Sticks&Stones server

Removed over 60 mods unrelated to the main theme of together we map the world.
All removed mods won't be listed since it's too much to write
Datapacks, resourcepacks and configs stayed the same

Other changes:

- (slightly) reduced amount of enderman and spiders spawning
- added more rewards for some quests
- tweaked dragon hunters and farlander's questlines
- slightly improved plains village (still wip)
- added foreverwing's entry to the dragon manual
- added a slight possibility (around 2%) to summon raid (Dragon Hunters attack) once per ~3 minecraft days upon wakening up on bed. Doesn't affect dragon hunters. Occurs only if player tamed 5 or more dragons. (still in development, subject to change)
- added 2 new items to a starter kit
- made weather particles more smooth and less crammed
- added skybox for rainy/snowy weather
- all tamed alpha dragons from alphasrise mod now have dragon root/blue oleander immunity
