Fixed Tree Harvester memory leak detection - set Leaky config to report at 256 stacked items and auto remove at 512Lowered music volume so it doesn't blast in main menu and in game, Music - 25, Master - 80

Tweaked difficulty increases, Harder difficulties happen when you achieve the following,  Obtain Iron_Ingot, Obtain Diamond, Reach the Nether, Obtain Blaze Rods, Kill the Wither, Reach the End, Kill the Ender Dragon, and Obtain a waystone, they are in that order so if you obtain a waystone first difficulty will be at the hardest.

Tweaked certian low-level / weak axes from being able to fully harvest an entire tree

Tweaked waystones - Only placed Waystones are breakable, meaning any waystones in villages / generated will not be breakable

Tweaked some other gamerules

Plan - Make it so if you want to get to the End you must do it according to the quest book. Also, harder ender dragon which include that in order to get to the End you will have to defeat previous bosses; most likely it will be the wither that would have to be defeated in order to get an ingredient to craft an eye of ender.
