Introduces more mechanics for a fuller gameplay experience

Description

Welcome!

I made this modpack with the vision of making minecraft into bit of a different game by adding mods that change the game into something that I hear players wanted.

This means making smaller additions that in the end make something big with features such as pets having beds they can respawn in, the ability to combine slabs, no more damage immunity, more interesting dungeons, weapon customization, etc.

So be warned: This modpack is difficult but it should feel rewarding.

Mod list and a short summary of what each mod does below:

Combat and Tools

- Artifacts (Venture into the world and find powerful artifacts that look great on your character model and also give you some neat effects.)

- Antique Atlas (A map that you can expand upon and add waypoints and other markers to. A very non-intrusive, more complex map system compared to vanilla.)

- Dungeon Crawl (Multi-layered dungeons holding pretty good loot and lots of enemies. Worth your time to explore, but quite deadly considering all the other things this pack offers.)

- End Remastered (Forget standard vanilla end-game. You now need to find 12 unique eyes of ender, some which can be crafted and some needing to be found in dungeons and such.)

- Elytra Slot (Now you don't have to remove your chestplate to use an elytra.)

- Enhanced AI (Get ready to fortify your bases more and be more careful of mobs, since most mobs have gotten a pretty big upgrade in their "performance", such as some zombies being able to break blocks and skeletons being smarter.)

- Ensorcellation (Adds a bunch more enchantments to the game).

- Integrated Dungeons and Structures (Very well-built dungeons adding a lot of modded blocks, mainly from Create and Quark, for a unique exploration experience.)

- No damage Immunity (A mod that removes damage immunity windows, meaning you can now attack as fast as you want, though attack speed timers are still a thing so timing is still important, and team up on mobs more effectively. However, you no longer possess damage immunity either.)

- Savage ender dragon (The Ender Dragon has gotten quite the upgrade, so make sure you're completely prepared before challenging them now. The Dragon can also no longer be cheesed.)

- Tetra (A mod for customizing your tools and weapons. Personalize your playstyle and upgrade the tools you use a lot through a process called "honing". Start with making a Hammer and right-clicking a crafting table.)

Customization and Appearance

- 3DSkinLayers (Making your player character look a bit more full)

- Bedspreads (Put banners onto your beds for a bit more personalization and decoration!)

- Better Third person (Enjoy being able to look all around your character now in a free-cam-esque third person view.

- Customizable Elytra (You can now color your elytra, and banners onto them - one wing at a time even!)

- Elytra Physics (Elytras now move like capes! Needs to be in the chest slot to work though.)

- Not Enough Animations (Bringing all the animations that minecraft SHOULD have into the game, such as letting other people see when you eat or row a boat etc.)

Mobs and Enemies

- Alex's Mobs (explore the world and find 70+ new animals, all with unique behaviours. Open up a zoo, become a beastmaster, or just get yourself some exotic pets!)

- Aquamirae (Icy-ocean-themed expansion adding some new enemies to fight, including a new boss. Just fills out an otherwise quite dead biome a bit more.)

- Aquaculture (The oceans now have a lot more fish in them, broadening the aquatic ecosystem a bit more in minecraft.)

- ChickensShed (Chickens now shed feathers. No more needless hunting if you just want some feathers.)

- Domestication innovation (Pet respawning, tameable foxes and rabbits, pet enchantments, and more! A fantastic mod that expands on the taming system a lot)

- Ecologics (A pretty small mod that adds a few new small mobs and fruits and some new generation. Blends well into vanilla)

- Fins and tails (A cute little mod that adds a bunch of real-life inspired aquatic mobs, but also some fantasy ones. Expect to find lots of cute snails and fishes)

- Friends and Foes (Prepare to see a bunch of mobs that didn't pass official minecraft mob votes, just as they were promised to be.)

- More axolotl variants mod (Now you can have some more variation in the axolotls you find throughout your world)

- Nyf's Spiders (Giving more life to minecraft's spiders. They can now crawl upside down and on walls!)

- Realistic Bees (Bees are now more plentiful and also a lot smaller, making your bee farms a bit more effective. Beware of lag when having multiple hives though.)

- Rotten Creatures (Adds a whole lot of zombie variations to find throughout your world, to change things up a bit.)

- Sapience (You can now build reputation with piglins and have more trade options with piglins, meaning you can trade with nuggets or blocks of gold.)

- Weaker spiderwebs (Spiderwebs break when you walk through them)

Misc

- Advanced Chimneys (Furnaces and campfires now produce smoke that accumulate soot, incentivizing building chimneys in your house. Adds a bit of immersion/realism)

- Apotheosis (Mainly introduces a more flexible way of enchanting, but also adds a bunch of smaller changes. Check the in-game handbook)

- FTB Ultimine (Not recommended because it makes some things redundant, but this is a pretty handy mod to use when you want to resource gather quickly, or clearing big amounts of leaves etc.)

- HT's Treechop (Chop down entire trees by repeatedly striking one block. You can also grab a friend to team up on the largest trees.)

- HT's Treeplant (Worry no longer about having to plant saplings to make sure a forest doesn't disappear. Saplings that fall from leaves now try to plant themselves on the ground, but not all of them.)

- Oculus (For those of you that want to use shaders)

- Packing Tape (Craft some of this and slap it on your chests, then mine the resulting block to move your chests around much easier.)

- Quark (Tons of quality of life features, check out the mod page to get an overview!)

- Tax Free Levels (Makes enchanting at higher levels use a fixed amount of xp instead of straight up levels, meaning you can do a lot more with your xp at higher levels.)

- Visual Workbench (Crafting tables now have their own inventory, so you can see what other people are crafting and you can leave things in there in case you forgot an item.)

Building

- Chipped (Massive mod adding variants to almost every decoration block in the game, from wood and stone, to lanterns and mushrooms!)

- Chimes (Adds some blocks that you can add to your base for some more decoration and ambient ,calming, noise.

- Effortless Building (For quickly building simple shapes like walls, floors, or even spheres and cubes.

- Framed Blocks (Unlock more freedom with your builds through having stairs, fences, slabs, and lots more variants of any modded or vanilla solid block.)

- Mannequins (Think of them as posable armor stands. Can make a great addition in shops!)

- Nekoration (Custom paintings, Window decorations, furniture, wallpapers, and fine-tuned placements. A pretty nice decoration mod.)

- Pane in the glass (More glass pane types, such as double panes, edge aligned glass panes, and even horizontal panes! Small but significant)

- Precise block placing (Holding down the build button is now viable because block placement is much faster. Try it out! or check the mod page for a demo.)

- Scaffolding Behaviour (A mod that lets you place down rails, redstone, and ladders like how scaffolding works. very handy for building longer straight railroads and the like.)

- Supplementaries (Lots of little gadgets and decorations to fill up your house with. Most of them are interactable in some way or serve more than just aesthetic purposes!)

Automation

- Create (A huge mod adding lots of automation possibilities. Looks great and is very well documented in-game.)

- Kiln (adds a single block that acts much like the blast furnace or smoker, but for glass and clay blocks/items.)

- Redstone pen (More freedom with your redstone contraptions with the ability to finely draw redstone, on walls and ceilings as well!)

- TIS-3D (A low-tech computer to use for both simple and advanced redstone automation. Lets you create circuits that fit inside a single block (the computer), basically.)

Nature and Exploration

- Immersive Weathering (Nature and weather now has an effect on the world around you. Flowers sprout here and there, leaf piles collect on the ground, and moss gathers on stone that is near water. Highly customizable)

- Oh the biomes you'll go (Adds more pretty biomes, meaning more wood types and new blocks to find throughout your world)

- Passable Foliage (You can now walk through leaves, making traversing the new forests a lot more manageable.)

- Serene Seasons (Seasons now shift throughout your time on your worlds, meaning some plants can't be grown for some periods and the colors change a little. Keep track by using a Calendar.)

- Snow! Real Magic! (Snow accumulates during snow storms and goes through grass and fences to make for much smoother snowy areas.)

- Snow Under Trees (Exploration in snowy biomes now feels a little bit better because there won't be as many snow-less spots).

- Terralith 2.0 (A world generation overhaul to make vanilla biomes lots more exciting and making use of more of the vanilla blocks.)

Food and farming

- Diet (Eating a varied diet now gives you various buffs depending on how much meat, vegetables, fruits, etc that you're eating.)

- Farmer's Delight (More fun ways to cook and a lot of dishes that you can even display, like pies and cakes. Super cozy!)

- Farmer's Respite (Brew tea that gives some buffs, like potion crafting but cozier.)

- Overweight Farming (Some crops now have the ability to sprout into full sized blocks. Just a fun little extra feature to diversify your gardens.)

I hope you enjoy my vision of what vanilla should be more like!

Feel free to drop your feedback into the comments. For example if the pack is too hard or anything I'll look to tune it down a bit!
