For some of the Tech there is Industrial Foregoing, Thermal Expansion, and Immersive Engineering. For Magic Wizardry Mod, Electroblob's Wizardry, and Thaumcraft. Lastly for Building Decocraft, Chisels & Bits, and Chisel.
