Removed crossroads gear recipes, readded with correct ore dictionary tags (fixes being uncraftable)

Removed all crafting recipes for metal rods + metal gears from the normal crafting table (now requires machines to make metal gears and rods)

Added tin and copper plate support to the engineers hammer, removed steel, electrum and constantan.
