Added a way to prize raw copper and coal lumps from ore using a knife (might completely replace "wooden" pickaxes) and ability to smelt copper on a campfire

Integrated Upgrade Aquatic somewhat (coralstone stonecutter fix coming later)

A lot of reorganizing/streamlining .js code, fixed the brick duplication oversight

Fixed icon not being a proper .png (for the prism users here)
