High Tide

Beta 1.0.7

I had intended on this release to be the official 1.0 release of the modpack. However, I wanted to add some really cool suggestions I was given and then leave some time to test things out. Another beta update (1.0.8) will follow this one soon, which will test out adding some life to the otherwise barren deep sea landscape.
